    Hot Yoga (26/2) follows a disciplined sequence of 26 poses with 2 breath exercises in a humid + heated studio. The elevated temperature and humidity promotes detoxification, boosts circulation, and allows for deeper stretching—maximizing physical and mental benefits. In our Hot Yoga classes, you’ll challenge your stamina, focus your mind, and emerge feeling refreshed from the inside out.

  • Vinyasa

    Experience the dynamic flow of Vinyasa Yoga, where breath and movement seamlessly unite in creative, energetic sequences. Perfect for practitioners of all levels, our classes build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance mindfulness. I am so honored to be joining Catherine Wetenkamp, founder of Kintsugi Yoga and our lead facilitator, for this transformative Hot Yoga Retreat in the lush mountains of Costa Rica. My journey with Hot Yoga began nearly two decades ago, and what started as a personal practice quickly grew into a calling to share this healing tradition with others. Since completing my Hot Yoga certification in 2017 and my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, I’ve been dedicated to creating spaces where students can explore both their strength and their softness, tapping into resilience and deep inner awareness. On this retreat, I’ll be guiding you through classes that are not only physically empowering but also supportive for the mind and spirit—helping you reconnect with yourself in a space of warmth, joy, and discovery. I cannot wait to practice, learn, and grow alongside you in the beautiful sanctuary of Costa Rica.
