I am honored to be joining Catherine Wetenkamp, founder of Kintsugi Yoga + our lead facilitator, for this transformative Hot Yoga 26/2 Retreat in the lush mountains of Costa Rica. My journey with Hot Yoga began nearly two decades ago + what started as a personal practice quickly grew into a calling to share this healing tradition with others. Since completing my Hot Yoga certification in 2017 + my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2023, I’ve been dedicated to creating spaces where students can explore both their strength + their softness, tapping into resilience + deep inner awareness. On this retreat, I’ll be guiding you through classes that are not only physically empowering but also supportive for the mind + spirit—helping you reconnect with yourself in a space of warmth, joy + discovery. I cannot wait to practice, learn + grow alongside you in the beautiful sanctuary of Costa Rica.
