Meet LINDSEY

Lindsey Lamb is the founder of Inner Space Is The Place.

She is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Kriya practitioner who integrates trauma-informed care with essential oils, supplementation, and body-based practices.

After being diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Lindsey began a personal journey of supporting her body through consistent, natural approaches. That experience now informs her work, helping others feel more balanced, regulated, and supported in their daily lives.
