I didn’t always have a clear system for supporting my body.

For a long time, I was trying different approaches, looking for something that would actually help me feel better—more stable, more energized, and more in control of how I felt day to day. Nothing felt consistent or sustainable.

That changed when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

That experience shifted everything. I stopped looking for quick fixes and began focusing on what my body actually needed to feel supported over time. I started building a system rooted in consistency, using essential oils, targeted supplementation, and body-based practices to support regulation, energy, and overall balance.

Over time, this became a structured, practical approach that I now use in my work.
